Do in-store returns count?
They count as returns without a Lyra label, so €0.25 each. The store scans the item, the refund or store credit is issued in Shopify, and the customer gets the receipt by email.
Can I keep my own carrier contract?
Yes. Returns then cost €0.25 each and you print your own labels. Most brands find our Colissimo rate cheaper than theirs; we will show you both on your first statement.
How are refunds done?
In Shopify, from Lyra, in one click or automatically when the warehouse scans the parcel. Store credit is a gift card on the customer's account.
What about exchanges?
The portal offers the other size or colour while it is in stock, and the new order ships as soon as the return is on its way.
