How Lyra bills

What is free

Installing the Lyra app from the Shopify App Store costs nothing, and nothing is charged through Shopify. The storefront features it adds, such as Track my order, work on the free tier.

Support inbox and Parcel tracking are free up to a monthly allowance, and orders, products, monitors, flows and your team are always included. Every account also gets 1M AI tokens a month. Below the allowances you pay nothing and no card is asked for.

What is paid, and by whom

Plans: above the free allowance, Support inbox and Parcel tracking have monthly plans priced on the tickets answered and the parcels watched. Each euro of plans adds about ten answers to your AI pool. Two or more modules take 10 to 20 % off the plans, and a yearly commitment another 20 %, still billed monthly.

Consumption, always at list price: extras past an allowance, AI token packs past the pool, and returns. A return costs nothing when its label is issued on our carrier contract; the label is billed at the carrier price plus €1. A return without one, with your own carrier, in store or refunded without a parcel, costs €0.50.

The current prices are on the pricing page and apply to every brand.

These plans are billed by Wetrust Interactive S.L., the company behind Nex-Tep and Lyra, from the Lyra console. Shopify does not collect them and they never appear on your Shopify bill.

How the billing works

Billing is monthly, in euros, prices excluding VAT. At the end of each month the console issues one statement per brand with a line per module, any discount, and the consumption of the month. The PDF is in the console under Billing.

Payment is by card, saved through Stripe Checkout so the number never touches Lyra, or by bank transfer when you prefer. There is no minimum term: either side can end at the end of any month, and your data is exported on request.

Brands in the founding program get 3 months with every module plan free and no card on file. Only consumption is billed during that time: token packs past the included million, return labels, and returns without a Lyra label.

Where to register and manage it

Plans are switched on from the console: create your account, connect your Shopify store, and pick a plan per module when your volume needs one. Invoices, the saved card, credits and discounts all live on the Billing page of your account.
