What this site collects

This website sets one cookie, the language you chose, and nothing else. There is no advertising tracker and no analytics that identifies you.

When you book a demo, we keep your name, email, store, order volume, helpdesk and message to call you back. Nothing is added to a marketing list.

What the console handles

Once a brand connects Shopify, the console reads orders, customers, products, tickets and parcels to do its job. Credentials are encrypted at rest and each brand's data is isolated from every other's.

AI features send the text needed to answer or sort a ticket to the model provider under a data processing agreement. Your conversations are never used to train third-party models.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted at any time by writing to hello@wetrust.es. A data processing agreement is available on request.
